Some things did not surprise Legolas — that there was a person hiding in said box, for one — while others did, and quite a lot at that. The man's warm, his weapon such that he had seen only Kara carry around with her, the manner in which he fled his hiding spot. Still, he stayed crouched right where he was, and made no motion to attack. If nothing else he could see it clearly that this man was, much like himself, what the natives called the flaws. At least those natives that knew of them.

"Put that away, least you draw attention far more threatening than my own," he made no move for either of his weapons, but rather made sure his hands were in clear view all the time. Were it anyone else coming out of that box, a native, it would be a different matter. A threat would be met with a threat of his own, but with another flaw, Legolas had more patience. "Folk here... where disbelief ends, suspicion begins for the likes of us, or hostility should your luck be so poor."

Aged, scarred, a man who had seen battle and violence, all his bearing screamed of it. Another warrior to their lot, and that, if nothing else, was a good thing. It was a dangerous world, after all, unfriendly, Legolas could scarcely imagine how difficult it would be for one unaccustomed to such things.
